Lisa co-founded AccuSource, Inc. in 1999. She has a reputation for thought leadership in the employment screening industry. Lisa is passionate about ensuring AccuSource provides industry-best products and its clients receive the highest level of individualized care. Under her leadership, AccuSource has experienced repetitive annual double-digit growth. Her professional, forward-thinking approach has helped nurture her staff to grow, change and think globally.
Prior to her role at AccuSource, Lisa held executive positions in the healthcare industry, playing central roles in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business process improvement and web-based technology solutions. Lisa holds a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management (with honors) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology/Health Promotion from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (with honors.) Lisa is a founding member of the National Association for Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). She is also a long-time member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC.)
Chief Operating Officer-President
Lianne co-founded AccuSource, Inc. in 1999. She is committed to ensuring AccuSource clients receive compliant, high quality products and an optimal client experience with each interaction. Lianne is customer-obsessed and leads her team to uphold the quality standards Lisa Holder and she envisioned when creating AccuSource. She leads by example, encouraging the AccuSource team to strive to be on the cutting edge of both industry development and technology.
Prior to AccuSource, Lianne held management positions in the employment screening industry as well as operations roles in the electronics industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film from Columbia College, and is a licensed private investigator. Lianne is a founding member of the National Association for Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Cynthia joined the AccuSource team in 2017. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with over 14 years in the employment screening and human resource services industry. Cynthia and her team are focused on providing a concierge-level approach to client partnership in developing individualized screening programs. Her team is keenly aware each new client is unique in their business needs and strives to understand those requirements explicitly in an effort to develop solutions for a perfect fit to both streamline the hiring process and achieve risk mitigation goals.
Cynthia holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She is a long-time member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an active participant in the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC.)
Director of Operations
Megan began her career in employment screening industry in 2004, joining AccuSource in 2008. She took over direct leadership of the Operations Department in 2010. Megan has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, and strongly promotes continuous learning with her staff. Her extensive industry knowledge, sense of urgency and “above and beyond” vision of client support makes her an extremely valuable and competent asset to AccuSource and the clients she serves.
Megan holds a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is also FCRA certified and is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Director of Client Relations
Nancy Golden has held roles in the employment screening industry since 1992; joining the AccuSource team in her current role in 2017. She has held client care leadership roles for several organizations. Nancy is a results-driven manager who specializes in strategic account planning and overall process optimization. Nancy strives to engage with her customers to provide solutions to challenges and partners with her clients to develop screening processes to address unique needs. She is highly experienced in implementation planning and onboarding, ensuring services performed are in line with established service level agreements. Nancy is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Manager of Compliance
Michael Velasco has been in the background screening industry since 2003; joining the AccuSource team in 2014. During his tenure, he has served in several areas of screening operations include criminal records research, quality control and vendor management. Michael’s varied background has prepared him well to assume his current role in overseeing the Compliance Department. He is dedicated to client education and ensuring all AccuSource departments remain compliant with ever-changing laws and standards.
Michael has a degree in Liberal Studies with additional coursework in Psychology. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and led AccuSource in their NAPBS Accreditation.
