AccuSource is linked to government-maintained databases designed to identify individuals disbarred from participation in government-funded programs. Results can include federal databases only, federal and state of residence or even federal and state debarment lists for all fifty (50) states. Searches may be included in pre-hire screening packages or in continuous compliance monitoring programs.
Office of Inspector General (OIG): A search of the OIG database identifies individuals involved in patient abuse, healthcare fraud and/or controlled substance felonies. OIG maintains the List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), a database which provides information to the public, healthcare providers, patients and others about parties excluded from participation in the Medicare, Medicaid and all Federal healthcare programs.
General Services Administration (GSA)/System for Award Management (SAM): AccuSource facilitates GSA/SAM screenings by utilizing the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), which includes information regarding entities debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, excluded or disqualified under the non-procurement common rule, or otherwise declared ineligible from receiving Federal contracts, certain subcontracts, and certain Federal assistance and benefits.
