The state of Utah has restrictions on what can be reported in a background screening report beyond what the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) dictates.

Use of Social Media Password Information | Effective May 14, 2014, employers may not request employees or applicants disclose user names and passwords that allow access to their personal Internet accounts.
